Aquatic Facility

The benefits of exercising in water has been recognized for hundreds of years, dating back to the spas of ancient Rome and Egypt. These benefits include: unloading of joints, reduced strain on musculature, pain reduction and cardiovascular conditioning.

At Southtowns, we offer one-on-one, aquatic therapy sessions in our custom-designed, therapeutic pool with warm-water (~95 degrees) and variable depth (3'-6').

If you have joint pain, have undergone surgery, or have difficulty moving around, aquatic therapy may be the best way to begin your exercise program.
