Mark is a 1986 graduate from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Following graduation, Mark practiced in acute care and neurological rehabilitation before joining the Southtowns PT Group.

In 1995, Mark became one of the first Certified Orthopedic Physical Therapy Specialists in Western New York.

In 2005 he completed his Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy at Daemon College.
